Conference Recording Equipment

The latest in conference recording is available with the new OLYMPUS© DM-20. It offers crisp stereo recording of a conference in rooms up to 10 Metres x 5 Metres. This amazing digital technology can record 4 hours at a time of data & downloads output to a computer in MP3 file format which can be stored or burnt to CD or DVD for copying or archiving. Data Projectors

We stock mainly the Mitsubishi Brand of Data Projectors as we have found them to be not only up to date with the latest technology but extremely reliable.  With full XGA resolution our data projector range extends from portable data projectors to large board room machines from 1,000 to 3,000 ANSI Lumens to really light up the dullest presentations. DVD Players

Dictation Equipment

The OLYMPUS© T2000 Transcriber Equipment offers playback of Micro Cassette tapes recorded on a cassette recorder. Playback can be controlled by foot pedal & headsets are provided delivering confidentiality of transcription. More information can be found on the Dictation Equipment page.

Electric Hole Punch

Electronic Whiteboards

Electronic Whiteboards provide hard copy of the HARD points made during a meeting allowing delegates to take a copy of the actual presentation rather than using hastily copied notes or their memory. Epidiascopes

Flipcharts & Mobile Whiteboards

Laminators

We offer the BENQ Laptop (14" XGA) for rent or hire. Rental Laptops are available loaded with programs as required for your next presentation. Various specifications to suit different requirements. Office Partitions

The Scanners we offer are quick to install & come with CANON's recommended software application (CAPTURE PERFECT). Slide Projectors

We offer the KODAK © Carousel Slide Projector which shows 35mm slides. It includes several Carousel Trays if required. Each tray holds 80 slides. The Slide Projector is provided with corded or cordless remote controls. More information can be found on the Slide Projectors page.

Paper Shredders

We offer a wide range of office Shredders for destroying sensitive documents. We offer a Mid Range Shredder (8 to 10 pages, Straight Cut & Cross cut available) & Heavy Duty Shredders (Up to 20 Page at a Pass, Straight Cut & Cross cut available). More information can be found on the Shredders page.

Video Cameras

A diverse range of Video Cameras are available including full size VHS cameras to MINI DV cams (Digital Video Cameras). Tripods and recording tapes for all cameras can also be supplied.
